We have had some positive changes around here over the last day or so. Mom has met all of her therapy goals and will be discharged from the home nursing service within the week. Today we received word that since she can be on her own, she doesn't have to have someone staying with her 24/7. While I will need to go over twice a day to change her surgical dressing, I was able to come home today. When Tom came home from work tonight, he said, "Do I know you?" This is a day that we have all been looking forward to for some time!

A Milestone
We have had some positive changes around here over the last day or so. Mom has met all of her therapy goals and will be discharged from the home nursing service within the week.
